Voice of Darwin 23) "Daggers" A two-hour episode revolving around a period in the seaQuest universe between the years 1997 and 2003, which has been come to known as the Dark Age of Genetics, or D.A.G., where beings created during this time are known as 'Daggers'. 24) "Fear That Follows" Extraterrestrials, "searching for the beginnings of intelligent life", are welcomed aboard seaQuest, only to be held captive by a pompous general bent on discovering their advanced technological secrets. 25) "Sympathy for the Deep" Bridger responds to a frantic plea from an old flame who live in an underwater colony that is dedicated to nonviolence. But after 10 years, it appears the citizens are killing each other. 26) "Vapors" Piccolo's estranged father seeks his help after he gets Piccolo's mother addicted to an experimental drug; after Bridger and Smith are found in an embrace rumors of a shipboard romance spread. 27) "Playtime" Responding to the voice of a child pleading for help through the computer, the crew journeys through an underwater black hole and 250 years into the future -- where humans are on the brink of extinction. 28) "The Sincerest Form of Flattery" An experimental, computer controlled submarine escapes from its moorings and launches its nuclear weapons. The target: New Cape Quest, a city of 5 million, including several families of the seaQuest crew. 29) "By Any Other Name" A horrifying cry for help emanating from an underwater horticultural colony sends the crew rushing to investigate the mysterious disappearance of all human life inside the once Eden-like paradise. 30) "When We Dead Awaken" A mysterious woman is released from a cryogenic institute after 22 years and is targeted by an assasin. Brody tries to help her, only to discover that she's linked to his past -- and to a murder. 31) "Special Delivery" Dagwood maintains his innocence after being found guilty of murdering the genetic engineer who created him -- and despite having been caught in the act by a home-security camera. 32) "Dead End" Henderson, Lucas, Brody, and O'Neill are drawn into a furious underwater whirlpool that pulls the shuttle beneath the ocean floor and lands them in a maze of ancient caverns inhabited by giant wormlike creatures 33) "Meltdown" A hungry 200-foot prehistoric crocodile is re-animated from an ice block when undersea farming and mining cause the South Atlantic's temperature to rise. 34) "Lostland" Ford discovers evidence, in the form of an ancient warrior's helmet and sword, that the lost continent of Atlantis actually existed. But the helmet carries a deadly curse that threatens to destroy Bridger and imperil the crew. 35) "And Everything Nice" On the mainland, Lucas falls for a beautiful woman and asks to be relieved of his duties. But then she's kidnapped by terrorists bent on commandeering seaQuest 36) "Dream Weaver" A blind astrophysicist and a NASA commander join forces with the crew to battle a hostile alien, who emerges from a fallen comet that seaQuest is attempting to recover. 37) "Alone" Wendy employs her psychic abilities and risks her life in a nightmarish battle against Avatar, a powerful paranormal who threatens the world's security by placing government leaders into comas and causing meltdowns of nuclear reactors 38) "Watergate" The crew transports a pop star to an island military base for a UEO show. But upon arrival, they encounter an apparition of Neptune, the mythical god of the sea, who believes the singer and Henderson are actually Minvera and Medusa. 39) "Something In The Air" The crew protects a group of researchers at an abandoned mining outpost while they open and study an ancient chest found buried in the Mediterranean. But the chest proves to be a Pandora's box, housing a vicious demon who escapes and preys upon the landing party 40) "Dagger Redux" A renegade nuclear physicist known as the Marauder is bent on destroying the seaQuest so he can illegally mine an underwater reef. To ensure his plan succeeds, he rescues the revenge-minded dagger who was imprisoned for leading an uprising that was squelched by Bridger. 41) "The Siamese Dream" With his sights set on gaining control of seaQuest's nuclear weapons, a powerful psychic plants a common nightmare in Piccolo and Dagwood's minds and wangles an invitation on board to interpret their dream. 42) "Blindsided" After his plane crashes in a South American jungle, Piccolo is kidnapped and tortured by a ruthless dictator who has secretly been creating artificial life forms that have suddenly gone haywire. 43) "Splashdown" SEASON FINALE: The crew ends its second tour of duty with an explosive interplanetary cliffhanger that leaves the fate of Bridger and company in question. seaQuest is captured by an alien spacecraft and transported to Hyperion, a planet where everything is submerged in water. Once there, the crew is drawn into a civil war between the rapacious KrayTaks and the Hyperion resistance.
